
Emma Beale - Administrator
Having graduated from the University of Wolverhampton in Languages for Business
and Information Technology, Emma became PA to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration)
and then worked as PA to the Students' Union General Manager. Having relocated
to London to take up the position of Halls of Residence Manager at University
College, Emma undertook voluntary work at the Bloomsbury Theatre, which led
to her returning to the West Midlands to become a member of the stage crew at
the Grand Theatre. Emma joined Foursight in 2000 as Administrator.

Naomi Cooke - Artistic Director
Naomi was one of the founder members of the company and has been the Artistic
Director since 1998. From 1992 - 98 Naomi worked as a freelance
director, actor, producer and lecturer in Canada, hooking up with Foursight
for various projects throughout that time. She produced several independent
productions which toured nationally in Canada, performing in all of them, and
lectured at various educational establishments including the Universities of
Calgary and Saskatchewan.

Frances Land - Special Projects Co-ordinator
Frances apprenticed with Footsbarn Theatre and performed with their offshoot
company The Barneys during the late seventies. Companies she has performed with
include Eastern Angles, Friends Roadshow, Pentabus, New Perspectives and for
numerous projects with Foursight Theatre
including Six Dead Queens, Medea, Reans Girls, Home Sweet Home, Hecuba and Thatcher The Musical. Frances also works
with Black Country Touring bringing professional dance and theatre to community
and small-scale venues throughout the Black Country.
Kate Organ - Consultant Executive Director
Kate has lived in the Black Country for over 25 years having come to the West Midlands to study French and Drama at Birmingham University . As a student, Kate was one of the 4 original founders of Jubilee Arts in 1974 and went on to work in the company until the early 80's. While bringing up her two sons, she pursued a freelance career as a theatre practitioner, educator and promoter and as Director of Birmingham Readers and Writers Festival. In 1995 she joined West Midlands Arts as Drama Officer and became Director of Performing and Combined Arts. There she worked on the 2001 Regional Theatre Review, the development of the region's international arts policy, the Lottery Capital and the large-scale Stabilisation programmes. In 2001 she was selected by the DCMS as the British juror advising the EU on its Culture 2000 programme. Since leaving the Arts Council in 2003, she has worked freelance, as a trainer, interim manager, and organisational development consultant in arts and the wider cultural and charity sector. She was the Producer for the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) Congress at The Barbican, London (which focused on Cultural Diversity) and ISPA at The Sage Gateshead in 2005 (focusing on social and economic regeneration). In 2004 she was interim manager of Creative Partnerships, The Black Country. She is chair of the board of Black Country Touring and a board member of Rideout (which runs arts-based projects in prisons) and Warwick Arts Centre.
