Foursight Theatre is one of Britain's most highly acclaimed national and international touring theatre companies. Over the last twenty years it has gained an exceptional reputation for creating unusual, uncompromising and multi-disciplinary works, which review history through the eyes of women: unknown, famous and infamous. FOURSIGHT is committed to creating total theatre - a holistic style of performance rooted in physical theatre, combining word, movement and music in equal measure. The work is fundamentally experimental in both process and form, whilst remaining accessible to a wide-ranging audience.

Central to the FOURSIGHT method of creation are the following core values: FOURSIGHT is also a provider of educational theatre, physical theatre workshops and drama projects for educational establishments. Since its inception, FOURSIGHT has been working in schools, colleges and universities alongside children, teens and adults to enable the exploration of many ideas through the medium of drama. FOURSIGHT is run by Artistic Director Naomi Cooke together with Special Projects Co-Ordinator Frances Land and Administrator Emma Beale. FOURSIGHT employ other professionals [musicians, actors, writers, designers etc...] on a project by project basis.

FOURSIGHT is revenue funded by Arts Council England and has also received funding from The National Lottery, The Foundation for Sport and the Arts, the British Council; the Paul Hamlyn Foundation; the Cadbury Trust and other charitable organisations.
